WWF launches wildlife tours

Holy panda cubs, homosapien friends! You can now book into fundraising tours with the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) where you get to frolic around with pandas and orang-utans.The catch? You have to be a WWF supporter to qualify (ummm, easy – donate a few quid here).

Details for the tours are as follows:

I AM THE KING OF ADORABLE

China 1-12 June 2014: With only 1,600 pandas left in the wild, the time to act is now. Protect these creatures while you jump on your bike and cycle through the exquisite Chinese countryside, visiting sacred World-Heritage listed sites and bustling cities. Become a panda keeper. Spend three days volunteering behind the scenes at panda sanctuaries.

While WWF’s efforts have reduced the decline in panda numbers and established long-term solutions for pandas in the wild, your help is still needed to save the giant panda.

Borneo 5-15 September 2014: Orang-utans, elephants and clouded leopards all roam wild here. However, this tropical rainforest is under great threat. By coming with us you will help to ensure that the Heart of Borneo remains a sanctuary for the species that call it home. Trek deep into the Heart of Borneo in search of the orang-utan. Volunteer with local orang-utan researchers and learn how to monitor the habitats of these amazing animals. Discover your jungle survival skills.

WWF needs your help to save the habitat and secure the future for these two incredible species. Take a walk or ride on the wild side for endangered animals and their homes.
