which-us-state-has-the-dumbest-lawsBear wrestlers, beware! In Alabama, bear wrestling matches are prohibited.

It is considered an offence to open an umbrella on a street, for fear of spooking horses.

It is illegal to sell peanuts in Lee County after sundown on Wednesday.

It is illegal to wear a fake moustache that causes laughter in church.

Boogers may not be flicked into the wind.

You may not have an ice cream cone in your back pocket at any time.

It is illegal for a driver to be blindfolded while operating a vehicle.

Good to know. I will keep that in mind.

  1. Hmm I wonder if the rule about “You may not have an ice cream cone in your back pocket at any time” applies to an empty cone too? I think I should try and get clarification before I go 😛

Dman, I’ve already got my supply of peanuts to sell at next wednesday’s bear wresting match!!!

  3. Nina H says:

I love the fake moustache one! Wonder if it still applies if you once wore a fake moustache and someone laughs at the memory of it while in church… Best steer clear of them in general just in case.

  4. Doug Meyer says:

I think that it is legal to rassle gators, though
