Go gently, dear soul
If you’re anything like me, you feel like this.
It’s been a f*cker of a year and I am one tired, bruised banana.
I was so looking forward to freedom. But then freedom came and I realised that freedom is exhausting.
People! Traffic! THINGS TO DO!
In order to get to the end of the year with so much as a shred of sanity, I have just signed up to do my friend Monica’s Balm course. The idea is that if I implement some support in the form of yoga, stretching, mindfulness and philosophical thinking, I might keep it together long enough to enjoy the rest of the year.
How are you being kind to yourself? Are you giving yourself some grace and space?
This year has been hard. Go gently and know that it’s OK to be feeling whatever you’re feeling.
