Friendship mosaic

I have a theory that we are all more beautiful when you put us together.

Groups form patterns, and viewed from outside, the unified form becomes much more interesting than a single unit.

Friendship groups have energy. They grow and breathe, like a forest with a complex web of interconnected root and soil structures forming the base.

Every group has a different composition and every person plays an important part.

Think about bands. Most professional musicians sound good on their own – they are experts at their instrument – but when you put them together … wow.

That’s the power of a group dynamic – the multi-layered uplift that is only possible in harmony.

So what is your role? What do you bring to the the table? Are you the Chef? The Event Planner? The Clown? The Star? The Counsellor?
