Stillness

As the year winds up and many of us look forward to a break, consider this simple concept.

Stillness.

Think of water in nature. Movement stirs up sediment and it becomes murky.

Remove that turbulence and the sediment sinks. Clarity returns.

Over the next few weeks, find time to be still.

Stop thinking. Stop doing. Stop shopping. Stop cooking.

Stop everything for a little while and allow clarity to return.

And when it does, hold onto it.

Wishing you a joyful festive season and a New Year that brings calm, clarity and connection to whatever lifts you up.

Thank you for reading, commenting and sharing my humble words this year. I love writing this blog and I am forever grateful to you for reading it.
