I was chatting to a well-travelled lady at a work function last night and she told  me about her recent trip to Vietnam.

During the course of our conversation, she told me that she did a food tour in Ho Chi Minh city called the XO Foodie Tour.

I wanted to share this tip with you because she said it was the best tour she’s ever done and would go back to Vietnam to do it again.

What I like about this tour is that the group is escorted on motorbikes throughout the city with a group of female guides. You not only get a chance to experience Vietnam’s extraordinary traffic flow on the back of a scooter, you also get to meet a bunch of local riders and guides who introduce you to all the street food.

As someone who hates choosing the ‘safe’ food option because I have no idea which street foods I can trust, this sounds like the perfect way to get with the program quickly.
