I have a theory. It’s nothing new but I thought I would share it with you anyway.

I believe that love is a circuit. You only get out what you put in.

I am fortunate in the sense that I have an abundance of love and support around me.

Subsequently, I believe that it is my responsibility to honour those people (and others who need love and support) by putting the energy I have received back into the circuit.

Sometimes we all need to take. We need to graciously accept the gifts offered because we are depleted by sorrow, illness or stress.

But when we’re back on our feet? It’s our duty of care to return that kindness to whoever needs it.

Tap into the circuit, keep the flow of energy going and – I guarantee – love will come back to you.
